December 13, 2018 - Yuval Mor Yosef, 20, of Ashkelon, a combat soldier in the Kfir Brigade, was killed when a Palestinian opened fire on a group of soldiers at a bus stop at Givat Asaf in the West Bank, just north of Jerusalem.

Yuval Mor Yosef (20) of Ashkelon, a combat soldier in the Kfir Brigade, was killed in a terrorist attack in Givat Asaf in the West Bank, just north of Jerusalem, on Thursday morning (13 December 2018). The site of the attack is a main junction two kilometers south of the West Bank settlement of Ofra, scene of a similar drive-by shooting on Sunday.

Another soldier was killed in the attack, and two others were seriously wounded. The attack was carried out by a Palestinian who got out of his car and started shooting. He then fled the scene in his car.

Mor Yosef was posthumously promoted to staff sergeant. At a funeral ceremony attended by hundreds, he was laid to rest at the cemetery in his home town, Ashkelon
